Abstract: The description of being an international sales contract, leading to the treatment of special treatment. Make it somewhat liberated from the grip of national laws, and subject to the rules of its own. Where it can be to the parties choose the law which is subject to him, and can also be Ikhaddaoh the rules and norms of international trade, or even subject to the terms of the contract only. But when one of the parties to the contract of sale a mere consumer, it may require his special protection and care by the national legislation on consumer protection. In this regard the legislation differ in the degree of consumer protection in international contracts, ranging from total exclusion of the law and will restrict the rules of jus cogens in the law of the judge, or apply the law more favorable to the consumer.
