Abstract

he problem of the law that should be applied, on the electronic contract is considered as a complicated and important matter that’s because it is difficult to apply the rules on the conflict of the traditional laws caused by the difficulty on specifying the place on the imaginative world. This is what paved the way on the appearance of new possibilities to find a solution of the conflict on the electronic contract.
