Abstract

This study aims at examining the mass media-human rights relationships either in the sphare of knowledge spreading of human rights issues or protecting most of those rights by exposing those who violate theme especially at the time where the world concern has grown on one hand and facing excesses on the other hand. the focal point of this study is related to special concentration on the contribution of Algerian media in promoting and protecting those rights.
