dc.description.abstractThe theory of certain knowledge in the adjudication of the Jordanian Supreme court of justice This study aims at identifying n important subject which is the theory of certain knowledge in the adjudication of the Jordanian Supreme Court of justice in order to clarify the core of this theory and the opinion of jurisprudence and adjudication of the supreme court of justice. The study also illustrates the conditions of creditability of certain knowledge and how it is proven and the guarantees of individuals for it through the applications of the Jordanian administrative jurisdiction that this mater was discussed through two approaches. The first approach focuses on what is the theory of certain knowledge and its conditions. The second approach focuses on proving the certain knowledge. Finally, this study reaches some conclusions.en_US
