dc.description.abstractThis study aims to achieve the following results: 1 - The health and environmental effects of French nuclear tests in the Algerian Sahara are war crimes, whether committed before the date of 19/03/1962 or in the period between 19/03/1962 and 05/07/1962 and the date after the latter date. 2 - that the media and see all the details of the course of French nuclear tests and their right of Algerians embodied in the form of a formal requirement of the Algerian state, which is the best way and the only one to claim their right of Algerians to France. These considerations should be lifted a veil of silence imposed on this file and by providing detailed reports on the location and number of tests performed and the time of placement and the resulting waste.en_US
