dc.description.abstractThere is no doubt that the link between collective security, continuity of treaties is not to be violated and a commitment to its articles, and not to link the permanence or termination interests of each country separately, especially in critical areas relating to human rights and freedoms or the protection of the environment or the protection of individuals during armed conflicts and other places other important. The agreements limit the use of the most prominent nuclear treaty, which came to activate and to achieve collective security, this is a necessity to maintain the legal and contractual system of these treaties and of the roles played by radio in peace and security. The withdrawal was considered as an act involuntary, we find flexibility an absolute especially with regard to the necessity of the availability of extraordinary event to justify the withdrawal, which can be of any State may invoke this excuse they did not put it controls and clear, for the liberation of the contractual obligations they have undertaken in the past due observance of the interests of only private or the like, and this is infringing on the principle of pacta contractors and undermines the principles of international law.en_US
