طبيعة العلاقة بين السلطتين التنفيذية والتشريعية: دراسة في الدستور الجزائري

Abstract

The executive authority has wide competences in different Arabic political systems at the expense of the legislative authority. In addition to the intervention of the former in the tasks of the latter through myriads of constitutional texts or through ignoring some of these texts. Thus, the executive authority has become, in most of Arabic political regimes unable to satisfy the desires and hopes of their people.
