Abstract

This Research Paper Consists of The Oil Nationalization Decision on the 24th February 1971, a study of (Contexts, Content, and Signs), so that the Algerian Petroleum was kept under the Frensh Colonization Control, during the years 1962-1971, after Evian Agreement in 1962, which contained constraints that were the major cause of not having access to Algerian Oil Network, by SONTACH Company. This Study accomplished that The Oil Nationalization Decision is basically inter-connected with the national company SONTACH capability and that the Algerian government was not to be successful in the Oil Nationalization without drawing a plan of manufacturing its own petroleum which is to be considered as a first step to having back the national oil accessibility. As soon as, the oil producing capacities appeared in Algeria, the Authority became more motivated to declare the nationalization decision; as a result Algeria could have knowledge about Algerian Oil supplies, and calculating its needs to exploit Oil and Gaz with the usage of the American Partner, with the additional to judicial channels that work for the Algerian case.
