dc.description.abstractThe communication system of open letters with its input (letters) and output ( responses) is one of political communication techniques , which currently has spread enormously , This technique is enables to establish liaison relationships between citizens (the governed), and the authorities and political figures, so this channel permit to exchange information between them. Algerian Written press understand the importance of this channel of communication , so many of the newspapers has allocated pages or special heading to publish these open letters, and they have also been allocated a space within the same page to publish the responses which received to these open letters. This interaction between the messages (inputs) and responses (outputs) is a special communicative system of political communication . So the following article tries to analyze the process of political communication between governors and governed in Algeria, through the publication of open letters in newspapers in accordance with systemic approach, by conducting an experimental study on a sample of newspapers that publish these messagesen_US
