dc.description.abstractThis paper dicusses the overwhelming third oil upturn prices, and its current impacts over OPEC policies toward diffrent economic challenges, The organizition of petroleum exporting countries has not been always the driving force which controle the oil prices but, after the first oil upturn in 1973 the petroleum arena has been changed radically, since that the oil prices upturns became a known phinomena, and OPEC oil policies has changed too, in order to maximize their own revenues within contending policies of industrial countries which push productive energitic cpacities to the limits. Finally, we anlyzes the aspects that chracterises the diffrent OPEC’s devellopment policies and straegies, and the ultimate need to take maximum advantage that oil prices upturns allow them to do.en_US
