Abstract: The International finance is the most important source of funding in third world countries, and particularly for the Palestinian Authority, Countries benefiting from it seek to determine the best ways to manage the granted funding and work to achieve it's efficiency and effectiveness, and directing it towards social and economic sectors. The international community has provided many forms of funding for the Palestinian people however; it has reached about 13.9 billion Dollars during the period (1994-2010), after the signing of the Oslo agreement in 1993, but despite this relatively large volume of international finance, The Palestinian economy is on decline. The purpose of this study is to identify the goals and nature of the funding provided by the international donor countries for the Palestinian people and its impact on the Palestinian economy in general. and the ability to strengthen and enhance the ability of the Palestinian economy on emancipation from dependence on external factors in particular
