Abstract: The study aimed to revealing the Impact of Implementation Total Quality Management principles on organizational commitment ; in addition to investigating the significant statistical differences employee’s perspective to Implementation Total Quality Management principles due to sex, age, education, experience and position. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher designed a questionnaire consisting of (49) paragraphs to gather the primary information from study sample. The statistical package for social sciences (SPSS) program was used to analyze and examine the hypotheses. The study sample consists of (135) employees. The study used many statistical methods. After executing the analysis to study hypotheses ; the study concluded that : - There is a significant statistical impact of Total quality management principles on organizational commitment in petroleum refinery of Sekikda at level (0.05). - There is no significant statistical difference in sample study to implementation Total Quality Management due to sex, age, education, experience and position at level(0.05).
