Abstract

The concept and application of corporate governance in the current time of between one of the main concerns of the international business community and so for many of the changes as well as the effects experienced by the global economic system, particularly the system and the banking system, which is seen as one of the most important parts of the financial system and stability linked to the stability of the system and the banking system, so there has been full agreement on the application of this concept from the obligation determinants and standards organization to them, and based upon aim through this intervention to study and identify the most important determinants and standards for corporate governance in the banking system, with reference to the reality of the application of corporate governance in the banking system in Algeria.
