Abstract

To answer the problematic research centred on: the application of corporate governance principles in a family-owned Nuqul Group. The concept of corporate governance, various items related to them are surveyed. The descriptive analytical method was followed since it is appropriate to display the concepts that are associated with the corporate governance, a case study has been adopted because we are going to examine the application of corporate governance principles in the Nuqul Group. The main results of this research are: The application of corporate governance principles in Nuqul Group has contributed to the group's expanding growth and establish the principle of disclosure and transparency.
