Abstract

The aim of this paper is to show how it is possible to talking about the governance of hospitals, in light of the growing interest to this concept by business organizations and their components and their shareholders, stakeholders and their different partners. So we tried in the beginning to provide the concepts and the principles of governance, then we dealt to the properties of non profit sector and through him to the characteristics of hospitals, and then we tried to link between The latter and the principles of corporate governance, by taking advantage of the recommendations of the Corporate Governance and drop it on the hospitals, at the end, this paper have give a recommendations that can help in the development of the concept of governance hospitals or hospital governance.
