dc.description.abstractAbstract : The administrative training of more topics of interest to the public official, the spectrum of the considerable impact on job performance as gaining employee mental abilities represented in the knowledge and skills with the development of behavior and attitudes towards love of work and dedication, where The aim of this study was to identify the management training and its impact on the performance of staff in the public administrations in Algeria, and in order to achieve the goal of the study was the formulation of some hypotheses about the relationship between management training and job performance, it has adopted the student descriptive approach to describe the variables of the study, also used the tool questionnaire to answer the questions of the study and testing of hypotheses and distributed 'on (36) an employee of the Directorate of regulatory and public affairs for the state of Ouargla, and after the process of collecting questionnaires were used statistical analysis software (SPSS) to analyze the data and the results of the study are as follows depending on the questions and hypotheses . The results showed that there is a statistically significant relationship between the process of management training and job performance, where the results of the study showed that the process of management training contribute to the achievement of higher levels of job performance.en_US
