dc.description.abstract | A review The Arab scene has seen significant changes at the political level or what is called democratic transition, there it touched most of the Arab countries and Algeria is one of which. The scene has been marked by many revolutions or what is known as the Arab Spring, which aims at changing the nature of the regime through bringing democratic construction instead of authoritarian ruling which governed this region from the Atlantic to the Gulf. As a result, Algeria witnessed several reasons that led to a democratic transition on the level of its political system to cover the growing demands of the community, and the other external such the emergence of the economic crisis and low oil prices. In addition, the international democratic wave that invaded Western Europe down to Asia and Africa in 1974. Subsequently, Algeria adopted a system of political pluralism and parties in 1989 with the amendments that touched all of the 1966,2002 and 2012 Constitutions marked by the Election Law in its various amendments, the Law of Parties, the Law of Associations and Media Law. Despite the reforms in the Algerian political system, some remaining impurities represented in authoritarian administrative procedures that hinder the achievement of these reforms. | en_US |
