Abstract

الملخص لقد خول المشرع الجزائري للجنة تنظیم و م ا رقبة عملیات البورصة مجموعة من السلطات في تولیها ضبط سوق البورصة فهي تعمل على وضع قواعد عن طریق إصدار الأنظمة كما لها أیضا سلطة توقیع العقاب عندما یحدث اي عمل مخالف للإجراءات القانونیة المتعلقة بعملیات البورصة وأي إخلال بواجبات وأخلاقیات المهنة من جانب الوسطاء ویظهر ان المشرع قد تشدد في العقوبات السالبة للحریة التي تعد من أهم الإجراءات المطبقة على مرتكبي جرائم البورصة والتي تمس الجاني في حریته وذمته المالیة Résumé.
