In spite of the capacity of the plants halophytes to tolerate the saline stress, they remain sensitive to this constraint. In this work, studied the effect of the saline stress on the behavior of the young seedlings of Atriplex halimus and Atriplex canescens carried out in pots through the proportioning of the contents chlorophyll of the sheets. One compared the pilot plants sprinkled by the nutritive solution of HOAGLAND with those which are treated with the two sodium chloride concentrations (NaCl):300 and 600 meq/L. The results obtained after one week of stress show that salinity for a depressive purpose on the two species, characterized by a reduction of the content chlorophyll has, chlorophyll B and chlorophyll ab.This reduction is marked at the plants Atriplex canescens. The content chlorophyll A is much higher than chlorophyll B the two species answer the stress differently, according to the concentration of the medium. |
