The proline one of the signs of stress abiotic (salinity, dryness, etc......), is study at ' a spontaneous species halophyte:zygophyllum album, taken of two biotopes one irrigated and the other not irrigated different according to their hydrous mode. It is proportioned by the method of Monneuveux and Nemmar (1986). Based on the formation of a chromogene red-orange enters the proline and the ninhydrine in acid medium and hot and extracted by toluene. Proportioning carried out shows that the quantity of the proline is higher at the species of the biotope not irrigated with a concentration of 0.44 mmol/l on the other hand in the other biotope is of 0.23m mol/l. From that one deduced as at this species the concentration of the proline is influenced by nature and the intensity of the stress and their accumulation is as well following an increase in its synthesis as by a reduction of its degradation | en_US |
