Abstract: | Le présent sujet porte sur une recherche basée sur les protocoles utilisés pour l’étude anatomique des épidermes des plantes, et surtout les épidermes des feuilles car ils sont l’espace de contacte avec son environnement de la plante ce que nous permettent des récolter les informations sur la plantes étudie et pour connaitre et déterminer les différentes espèces.
- Nous avons utilisé un protocole de prélèvement des épidermes sur 02 espèces Oudneya africana (Verbenaceae) et Lantana camara (Brassicaceae).
- On a observé qu’il y a des déférences entes les 02 espèces eu ce qui concerne types des stomates et la présence ou l’absence des trichomes.Summarize The subject presence relates to a research based on the protocols used for the anatomical study of the skins of the plants, and especially the skins of the leaves because they are the contacte of the plant with their environment whitch given us information on the plants studies and to know given the identification of the various species. - - We used a protocol of taking away of the skins on 02 species: Oudneya africana (Verbenaceae) and Lantana camara (Brassicaceae). - It was observed that there are respect bitween the 02 species have what relates to standard stomats and the presence or the absence of the trichomes |
