نحو تفعيل دور نظام المعلومات في البنوك للرفع من مستوى أدائها دراسة حالة: (القرض الشعبي الجزائري(CPA)، بنك الفلاحة والتنمية الريفيةBADR))، البنك الوطني الجزائري (BNA)) وكالات الوادي خلال الفترة(2012-2013)

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى تفعيل نظام المعلومات في المؤسسات البنكية الجزائرية للرفع من مستوى أدائها. من خلال عينة من البنوك في ولاية الوادي وتشمل القرض الشعبي الجزائري (CPA)، بنك الفلاحة والتنمية الريفية (BADR) والبنك الوطني الجزائري (BNA) .

وخلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج نذكر منها إحتياج نظام المعلومات في البنوك المدروسة إلى تحسين وتطوير، التدريب على نظام المعلومات لا يشمل جميع الموظفين، نظام المعلومات الفعال يرفع من محددات الأداء البنكي .

وتم التوصل إلى مجموعة من التوصيات نذكر منها ضرورة ملائمة نظام المعلومات لإحتياجات البنك، يجب الأخذ بإقتراحات موظفي البنك قبل تصميم نظام المعلومات ونوصي بالتحقق من توفر عناصر الأمن لحماية معلومات البنك وكذلك السعي إلى التطوير المستمر في البرامج والتجهيزات

The aim of this study is to see the extent to which information systems are used in banks for the purpose of promoting the level their performance. The study focused on a sample of banks in the ‘wilaya’ of Eloued which included the Algerian Popular Credit, (CPA), the Bank of Agriculture and Rural Development (BADR) and the National Algerian Bank (BNA). The research concluded that the information systems in the previously mentioned banks are in need of perfection and improvement. In addition, ongoing training on information systems does not include the whole number of the personnel. We also concluded that the deployment of an efficient information system will improve the banking performance. Some of the recommendations that conclude our study with, include the following points. Information systems in banks should be deployed to meet the needs and requirements of the institution. Bank managers should take the opinions of the personnel into consideration before the design of (IS). Reinforcing the security measures in order to protect the bank data. An ongoing process should be implemented for the improvement for the hardware and software.
