Abstract

The policy of inflation targeting framework to achieve the ultimate goal of monetary policy, as the policy includes targeting aggregates monetary or exchange rate as intermediate targets aspiring through which to control inflation and adjust economic growth rates at the levels required, thus contributing to the economic environment is characterized by growth rates is inflationary, it will have a very positive impact on the attraction and promotion of private investment, both domestic and foreign alike, in addition to creating a favorable opportunity for employment and thus improving the standard of living. Based foregoing, this study aims to highlight on the policy of inflation targeting through knowledge of the various theoretical concepts associated with the term, any definition of policy and requirements for her portrayal of a successful and increase levels of transparency required, as well as on it will display the most important international experience leading and which adopted the policy in a good way.
