dc.description.abstractThe objective of this paper is to show the impact of knowledge sharing on the development of collective skills in the context of the company "MEDETRAM" .The researchers designed a study model with two independent and dependent variables and used SPSS and the most appropriate statistical methods software. The results showed a positive effect between the two variables and based on this, the study recommends strengthening the collaborative environment to enable dynamic transition to collective skills.en_US
