dc.description.abstractSince the emergence of inter-firms cooperative form, the information asymmetry remains one of the main barriers to use it, while the Saas emerged in this last decade as the most recent form of outsourcing. However, the problematic of asymmetric information as a barrier hindering the resort to Saas solutions was not asked as to construct a new shutter of research enriching the literature.
