الإستراتيجية العسكرية في النظام الأساسي للحكم في المملكة العربية السعودية

Abstract

Islam urges to love the homeland and to defend it with self and wealth. Defense is a main factor of homeland keeping and this is done by the Armed Forces which is a shield and protector against enemy attacks or trespasses. Moreover, strategic planning and futuristic vision have an important role to elevate the efficiency of the forces and direct it to the right planned direction according to the scientific approach.This study sheds light on the National Institution in KSA which includes the following: $1- Definition of the Armed Forces, and its sectors.

$1- What are the strategic defenses? How these strategies can achieves the national security aims?

$1- The specialty of the Armed Forces which surpasses any other Forces in the world.

$1- The study tries to find a systematic answer to the question: what is the use of strategic planning for the country?

$1- The study tackles the effecting factors on the country’s Military Strategies.

$1- The study presents the legal terms to the ruling system in KSA which caverns the defense strategies.

$1- The study discusses the aim of the establishment of the Armed Forces which is the defense of the creed, the two Holy Mosques the society and the Homeland.It gives details to theses aims.

$1- The Study discusses the role of the Saudi National Council in planning for the defense strategies.

$1- Finally, the study presents the important results and recommendations with the references lists.
