Abstract: We will trythroughthis paperto reviewone ofthe most importantsubjectsof international commercial arbitration, andthereforeby standingonthe procedural rules thataddress the issue ofthe recognitionprovisions ofarbitrationand implementation,as well as themechanismschallenged,and all thisunderAlgerian legislation, laws comparison (the Egyptian and French), and instrumentsinternational legal, andvarious international conventions. Andmakes surethatonlyspeakabout the role ofthe body responsible forarbitrationof the termination ofits roleas soon asthe judgmentaward, which goesthento the stage ofrecognitionand the need forlegalizationof the Executivebefore becomingenforceable, and through this stagewe will trythatwe are subjectto the rules ofrecognitiongoverningthe arbitrationof internationaland mechanisms ofimplementation ofthe rule ofinternational arbitration(voluntary implementation of the provisions of thearbitration, compulsory executionof theprovisions of thearbitration). After learninghow torecognize thejudgmentawardand implementation of international, we turndirectly to thedetail inthe bulk ofthe action takenin order tochallenge theprovisions ofinternational arbitralunder themeans of appeal(appeal to appeal,challengeinvalidity, cassation appeal) that the text oftheAlgerian legislatureandcomparative legislation, as well as international legislation.
