| Abstract: | Different views were expressed on the use of nuclear weapons. First, the fact that he " be governed by the law of armed conflict does not necessarily mean that it is forbidden as such ." According to an opposing view , he " could not in any case be compatible with the principles and rules of international law and therefore forbidden ." A similar view was supported with regard to the principle of neutrality. Other states have argued that humanitarian rules and principles of neutrality would prohibit "the use of a weapon whose effects could not be any limits to the certainty of conflict States territories" What are the jurisdictional arguments over the legality and illegality of these weapons ? |
