Réflexions sur certains aspects de la philosophie du droit

Abstract

From a Theoretical point of view Law forms one of the philosophical thesises aspects not for the sake of the social action itself but also to know the objective and moral from work that crests some methods and systems authentically of legislative and practice of events.

In this moment, we cannot avoid the focus on philosophical Law without theory to be applied because it depends on Law methodology to explain many contests by Law among several Laws. This Law can be configured by the society in order to be developed.

The philosophy Law is the action of society to be developed by it its organization, normative, morally and sociology to unify not by all legally legislation tendencies but by technical methods to society culturally and authentically.
