Abstract

The contribution of newspapers in enriching glossaries content

This article aims at clarifying the extent to which newspapers contribute in enriching glossaries content; and the possibility of obtaining gains from it for being one of the principle sources of gathering content. Newspapers provide a lexical and conceptual wealth having new meanings and perceptions belonging to various fields of knowledge like literature, politics, economy, and sport. This would uncover the up-datedness of the Arabic language as far as novelties are concerned.
