dc.description.abstractSmall business enterprises (SBEs) activating in the so called shadow sector have specific practices. They specifically use to mobilize the familial resources: human resources, financial resources, material resources… Thus, bonding ties (inside the family) influences positively the functioning of the SBEs and widely contribute to its development. The shadow sector is deeply flexible and gives strength to the formal sector. In this paper we study the case of the construction companies.en_US
