دور إدارة النادي الرياضي و المدرب في تحسين مردود لاعبي كرة القدم

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أهمية دور الإدارة الرياضية و المدرب في الرفع من مستوى لاعبي كرة القدم في الجزائر ، و مساعدة الإداريين و المدربين على اكتساب أنجع أساليب القيادة و التدريب . و استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي الذي يتم من خلاله التعرف الدقيق و التفصيلي على عناصر المشكلة و تمثلت عينة البحث في(30) إداري ، (30 )مدرب ، (30) لاعب، من مختلف نوادي ورقلة و الوادي . و اعتمد الباحث في هذه الدراسة على الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات ، أما بالنسبة للأسلوب الإحصائي فقد اعتمد الباحث على حساب النسب المؤوية و والكاف تربيع (كا2) ،و استنتج الباحث أن لإدارة النادي الرياضي و المدرب دور فعال في الرفع من مستوى أداء لاعبي كرة القدم ، في حين أوصى الباحث بضرورة إتباع إدارة الفريق الرياضية الأسلوب القيادي الديمقراطي باعتباره أقرب الأساليب إلى تحقيق الأهداف المطلوبة و كذلك ضرورة اهتمام المدرب بالجانب النفسي للاعبين و استخدام التشجيع والتحفيز المعنوي لما له من اثر في الرفع من أدائهم.

This study aimed to highlight the importance of the role of sports management and coach in lifting the level of soccer players in Algeria , and help administrators and coaches to gain the most effective methods of leadership and training. And the researcher used the descriptive method through which to identify the precise and detailed the elements of the problem and the research sample consisted of (30) administrative (30) coach , (30 ) for the player , from various clubs and Ouargla and the valley. And the researcher in this study to the questionnaire as a tool for data collection , but for the method of statistical has adopted a researcher at the expense of the percentages and the CAF Squared ( Ca 2 ) , and the researcher concluded that the management of the sports club and the coach an active role in raising the level of performance of soccer players , while the researcher recommended the need to follow the management team sports democratic leadership style as the earliest methods to achieve the desired goals , as well as the need for attention to the psychological side of the coach to the players and the use of moral encouragement and motivation because of its effect in increasing the performance.
