مدى تأثير الضغوط المهنية على أداء أستاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية في المرحلة الثانوية دراسة ميدانية لثانويات بلدية بسكرة

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى تأثير الضغوط المهنية على أداء أستاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية، مستخدمين المنهج الوصفي الذي يتناسب وهذا النوع من الدراسات لتحقيق فرضيتي البحث، اللتان تضمنتا الدور الإداري ونقص الوسائل البيداغوجية، وشملت عينة البحث كافة أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية لبلدية بسكرة، والذين حصرناهم حصراً شاملاً قوامه(27) أستاذاً دائمين في مناصبهم، كما اعتمدنا في بحثنا هذا على مقياسين تبنيناهما من دراسة مشابهة لـ: "غيدي عبد القادر"، بنفس عنوان دراستنا، المقياس الأول يمثل الضغط في مكان العمل والثاني يمثل الأداء، وبعد استخدام برنامج"spss" ومعادلة بيرسون لمعرفة نوع وقوة العلاقة بين الضغط والأداء، خلصنا إلى أنه هناك علاقة عكسية متوسطة سالبة مابينهما، أي أنَّه كلما قل الضغط زاد الأداء والعكس صحيح، وعلى ضوء هذه النتائج اقترحنا مايلي: ضرورة انتهاج النمط الديمقراطي في تسيير المؤسسات التربوية، وإعطاء حصة التربية البدنية والرياضية أهميتها الحقيقية في المؤسسات كسائر الحصص التربوية الأخرى من حيث الوسائل المخصصة والقاعات الخاصة لذلك.

This study aimed to investigate the effect of the pressure of professional performance professor of physical education and sports, using the descriptive approach that is appropriate for this type of studies to achieve my thesis research, which comprehend administrative role and the lack of means teaching, and research sample includes all professors of physical education and sports in Biskra, who limit exclusively comprehensive strength (27) professor permanent in office, as we have adopted in this research on the two measures Father of study similar to: " Ghedi Abdul Qadir," the same title of our study, the first measure represents the pressure in the workplace and the second is the performance, and after using the program "spss" the equation of Pearson to know the type and strength of the relationship between pressure and performance, we have concluded that there is an inverse relationship medium between them, that is, the less the pressure increased performance, and vice versa, and in the light of these results we proposed the following: the need to adopt a style democratic in the conduct of educational institutions, giving the share of Physical Education and Sports its true significance in the educational institutions, like all other quotas in terms of means and private rooms allocated for it.
