دور التكوين الذاتي في تنمية مهارات التدريس لدى معلمي التعليم الابتدائي

Abstract

Developed countries pay enormous importance to the educational system. Considerable efforts have been done to develop and improve this system with a focus on the quality of teaching through reinforcing pre-service and in-service training of teachers who constitute the basic pillars of the educational system. The state of teaching in Algeria within the competency-based approach, however, calls for urgent necessity to reinforce teaching skills within teachers. Our paper suggests a vision based on teachers self-study of teaching skills in order to satisfy their needs within the competency-based approach.
