Abstract

This research addresses the issue of the Algerian population policy. First we will examine the evolution of the Algerian population policy since the 1960s until 1983, the year when the Algerian government adopted an official policy on the matter, called the national control program population growth (PNMCD) .In the second phase, we will discuss the key stakeholders in this policy.
