Abstract

This research aims at studying the situation of the investment of various society institutions in the field of postgraduate students who have already got their diploma of the “LMD” system from Ouargla University. So, it deals with renewing the successful methods of linking university graduates with the different social and economic institutions, which offer employment opportunities, according to the requirements of job market. In other words, our objective behind this study is to spotlight the exchange between the university and economic institutions at the level of affecting/to be affected process. Hence, the main problematic of our investigation is as follows: to what extent can postgraduate students be ready to employment opportunities after their graduation?
