Abstract: In an attemp to achieve practical experience and recruitment of academic achievement in the light of the research results finding in the field of information sciences and communication, the graduating university also anually from tires in the field of journalism and the media and even breaking into graduates other disciplines of the professions wiich has become nichnamed profession trouble . on the other hand , prpfessions wich are inflenenced in their performance on their writing , press releases media as an area with a number of different factores which can be objective ones. Some of them are within the organisation wich works out on outside, stemming from the fondation’s website. The other wind of factors are associated with the character –based contact, the later take many forms : salf pressure, professional, administrative, authoritarian, legislation,and the influence of groups of different interests . so, this may classify this study into two axes : social aspects and professional ones .
