The steppe formations of the western of Algeria are undergoing erosion of natural resources. Despite the different national programs aimed at the fight against this phenomenon, the situation continues to worsen and causes an imbalance of local ecosystems. The objective of this study is to understand the dynamics of edaphic and floristic heritage. The choice has focused on soil alfatiers widespread in the south of the wilaya of Saida. In this investigation of soil analysis coupled with floristic surveys were conducted. The sites chosen for this comparative study are sites which have undergone different anthropogenic impact (overgrazing, moderate grazing, low grazing). The results obtained from the physico-chemical analysis of soil, show a disruption of the studied parameters from one site to another. Eco-floristic analysis based on the stigmatic Bran Blanquet method reveals an erosion of plant constitution alfa structures. We notice a marked decrease in from a site to a moderately grazed pasture or slightly grazed site. The results of the correspondence analysis (AFC) clearly show the relationship between the dynamics of the soil and plant biodiversity.en_US
