Abstract: The organizational conflict is ,according to some theorists ,positive if it appears in certain forms and moderate rates; this will bring a sort of effectiveness and competition ,especially if it is managed in an effective way. The organizational conflict can also be negative and in this case it will be more dangerous and damaging will negatively affect the strength of the group and their interaction and the achievement of their goals ,and all this requires the search of some useful ways to reduce and to get rid of such a conflict. Therefore,this paper comes to suggest some strategies which can be used to deal with organizational conflict
