Abstract

This article discusses the question of the development of the knowledge economy in Algeria and the economic emergence. Why a country like Algeria despite all policy research and innovation, and with the large reservoir of natural resources available to finance these policies can not be positioned in the path for him to establish a strong and sustainable economy ? How could she do this by making better use of significant efforts for higher education and research ? These are the questions examined in this paper
