The study attempts to shed light on the methods of the internal layout and its application in small and medium enterprises SME. The goal is to help entrepreneurs to exploit efficiently their establishments' spaces, to reduce the material transportation between workshops and to improve working conditions… which reflects on the performance of the industrial company.
