Abstract

Through this article, the contribution of the share in the structure of the old poetic text, the corpus is the poem of "Ibn El-Abd Tarafa, it aims to study the relevance of colocation in textual cohesion. This study was focused first, a definition of this concept through the prism of various linguistic trends, as a tool of coherence, including its role in the structural cohesion of all types of text. Secondly, the procedure was an application on the poem by Ibn el Abd Tarafa while highlighting the functional contribution of colocation to ensure coherence / consistency of expression. So, we concluded, ultimately, that the different elements considered operationally act in the harmonious construction of the text - sample analyzed.
