dc.description.abstractThemainObjectives of operating sector in Algeria in its various structures is to minimize the pressure on the labor market by creating real job positions. These objectives can be achieved through the creation of structures and devices that target creative people who have the idea of creating a business; and thus working to alleviate many obstacles especially financing. Also taking into account thespecificity of people who can benefit from these programs that are summarized in three categories: the first category includes young people with the initiative to create a business. The second, individuals laid off from work for economic reasons, and in the last category we find craft professionals and micro-projects owners. The first category benefits from a specific device, labeled as taking from the primary goal, which is called the National Agency to support youth employment. The second tranche benefits from the unemployment insurance fund, while craft professionals and micro-projects that do not exceed a total cost of 400,000 dinars has the national agencyof conducting micro loan.en_US
