Abstract

This paper will discuss a particular phase of political development theory. Unusually, the debate over political development has spread widely, in the last 30 years, and we have noticed also the emerging of great trends such as: Globalization, Post-modernism philosophy whom affecting the theory of political development significantly. This paper is trying to shed light over these issues.
