According to this guarantee, the property developer in the frame of a completed property sale contract, shall guarantee the vices which might appear in the building at an estimated time of a year from the date of the building possession by the purchaser. This guarantee contains also the good working of equipement pieces of the building as well as the lacks of conformity of the constructed property to the contractual terms and to art laws. The new guarantee is characterised by its objectivity and its conformity to the public order
