dc.description.abstract | Armed forces are, for each state, the nail stone that guarantees its security and perenity among the nations. Hence, and like the rest of the world, Maghreb countries have accorded great importance to the military institution, giving it in their constitutions, a particular status that reflects the importance of his task which is national defense. These countries established a link between the military and their leadership, whatever the nature of political power (Republican in Algeria and Tunisia, monarchic in Morocco) that it is up to the leaderships in those states to determine the policy to be followed in matters of national defense, national security and territorial protection from internal and external threats | en_US |
