Abstract: The study aims to highlight the role of physical education and sports activities programmed in the curriculum underlined in the second phase of primary education for developing three dimensions of social consensus for pupils a moral level and gain social skills and social emancipation of the anti-leaning community. As well as value the scientific and practical evaluation for the activities of physical education programmed, and this is based on the descriptive and analytical approach to suitability nature of the study and application of social consensus measure "Mahmoud Attia" appropriate for children between (9-12years) the sample was estimated at 60 pupils (males and females) in the third year of primary education some educational institutions of the city of Ouargla. The results showed that physical education activities programmed a large role in give some dimensions social consensus for the children (9-12 years), and this is through check partial hypotheses to a large extent and the general hypothesis which states that "physical education activities programmed for the children of the first phase Primary achieved contribute to give some dimensions of social consensus.
