dc.description.abstractThe right to a fair trial, is one of the pillars of the protection of human rights, at both the international and national, have received special attention as stipulated in international instruments and national constitutions, and the protection of human rights are an internal issue in the first place. The research on fair trial through its legal to proceed from the principles embodied in the Constitution as the highest legal document of the State sets out and defines the legal framework and lay the foundations and legal underpinnings and to study the principles of fair trial in the constitutions of the States of Morocco, which is the subject of this article aims to identify the compatibility of its provisions with international standardsen_US
