Contribution à l’optimisation du temps au cours de forage dans la phase 8 ½’’ Région: HASSI MESSAOUD

Abstract

كثيرا ما تواجه عملية حفر ابار النفط بعض المشاكل المتعلقة بطبيعة التشكيلات المخترقة، سوء اختيار معلمات الحفر، الاخطاء البشرية وحالة المعدات المستخدمة (الانحصار،المكبسية،ضياع الوحل،الوصولة).هذه القيود تؤدي الى زيادة الوقت الغير انتاجي هذه القيود الخطيرة تؤدي الى فقدان الملايين من الدولارات كل عام على الرغم من ان هذه المشاكل يمكن ان تخفض اذا تم التخطيط بشكل جيد لها ولشروط الارض وأصول المشاكل ايضا لجميع هذه الاسباب عملنا هو المساهمة في التحسين من معلمات الحفر الهيدروليكية والميكانيكية من اجل التقليل من الوقت الغير انتاجي وبالتالي خفض تكلفة حفر البئر هذا العمل هو المساهمة في الوقت الامثل اثناء حفر في المرحلة ½ 8 ويستند الى معطيات لأبار حفرت من قبل في منطقة حاسي مسعود, مع الاخذ جزء من البئر (2/1 8)

Les opérations de forage des puits pétroliers sont souvent confrontées aux divers problèmes liés à la nature des formations traversées, au mauvais choix des paramètres de forage, à l’état des équipements utilisés et aux erreurs humaines (coincements, pistonnage, perte de la boue et venue). Ces contraintes augmentent considérablement le temps non productif de forage. Ces sérieuses contraintes conduisent à perdre des millions de Dollars chaque année malgré que ces problèmes puissent être réduits si planification est bien faite, les conditions des terrains et les origines des problèmes sont bien maitrisées. Pour toutes ces raisons, notre travail est une contribution à l’optimisation des paramètres hydrauliques et mécaniques de forage en vue de minimiser le temps non productif en cours de forage et par la suite réduire le cout de revient du puits. Le présent travail est une contribution à l’optimisation de temps au cours de forage dans la phase 8 ½’’ , l’optimisation est basée sur des données des puits forés dans la région de HASSI Messaoud , elle prend uniquement une partie du puits (phase8 ½’’)

The operations of drilling of the oil wells are often confronted with the various problems involved in the nature of the crossed formations, with the bad choice of the parameters of drilling, with the state of the equipment used and the human errors (sticking, swabbing, loss of mud and kick). These constraints increase considerably the nonproductive time of drilling. These serious constraints result in losing million Dollars each year although these problems can be reduced if planning is well made, the conditions of the grounds and the origins of the problems are well maitrized. For all these reasons, our work is a contribution to the optimization of the hydraulic parameters and mechanics of drilling in order to minimize nonproductive time in the course of drilling and to thereafter reduce the cost of cost of the well. This work is a contribution to the optimization of time of drilling in the phase 8 ½ ' ' , optimization is based on data of the wells drilled in the area of HASSI Messaoud, it takes only part of the well (phase8 ½'')
