Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى كيفية إدارة القروض المتعثرة، وأهم العوامل المؤثرة في تعثر التسهيلات المصرفية في القطاع المصرفي الجزائري، وأهم ، وعلى هذا الأساس تم اختيار وكالة البنك الوطني الجزائري بتقرت كعينة للدراسة من أجل الوصول أهم الخطوات المستخدمة لإدارة القروض المتعثرة ، مستعملين في ذلك المنهج الوصفي للجانب النظري، ومنهج دراسة الحالة في الجانب التطبيقي. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن من أهم أسباب التعثر هو السياسة المنتهجة من طرف الدولة في منح القروض، وعدم الكفاءة الإدارية للمقترض، وفشل المشروع الممول.

This study aims to determine the commercial bank's commitment to non-performing loans management, and the most important factors affecting the faltering banking facilities in the Algerian banking sector. From that, we have chosen the Algerian National Bank agency at touggourt as a case study. Furthermore, for the theoretical part, we use the dexsiptive method. Whereas we use the case study as a research instrument.The findings show that the policy that the state followed in the granting of loans is the main reason of the faltering. Also, the lack of administrative efficiency to the borrower, and the failure of the project are another reasons
